Upper Arm Self-Myofascial Release with a Duoball

Starting Position:

Stand up straight. Place the DuoBall between your shoulder and the wall. Turn your body sideways and lean into the wall.

Movement:

Roll Slowly up and down while putting pressure on the ball. Switch to the other side and repeat.

 

Points to remember:

If you find a tight spot, try to stay on it until it relaxes.
